1. ANNAHME DER BEDINGUNGEN / ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

DE: Mit der Nutzung des Discord Bots ilabs ai (der „Bot“) erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen (ToS) einverstanden. Wenn Sie diesen Bedingungen nicht zustimmen, dürfen Sie den Bot nicht nutzen.
EN: By using the Discord Bot ilabs ai (the „Bot“), you agree to these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Bot.

2. SPEZIELLE FUNKTIONEN UND HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS / SPECIFIC FEATURES AND DISCLAIMER

2.1. IMUSIC UND URHEBERRECHT / IMUSIC AND COPYRIGHT:
DE: Die iMusic-Funktion kann einen VERSTOSS GEGEN URHEBERRECHTE darstellen. Der Nutzer ist allein verantwortlich für die Nutzung dieser Funktion. Die Bot-Betreiber haften nicht für rechtliche Konsequenzen. Die Nutzung erfolgt vollständig auf eigene Gefahr.
EN: The iMusic feature MAY CONSTITUTE A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. The user is solely responsible for the use of this feature. The Bot operators are not liable for legal consequences. Use is entirely at the user’s own risk.

2.2. ICHAT TTS (AUSLESEN VON CHAT-VERLÄUFEN) / ICHAT TTS (READING CHAT HISTORY):
DE: Der Bot kann Chat-Verläufe aus JEDEM Textkanal vorlesen (iChatTTS), potenziell auch private Kanäle. Der Nutzer (Server-Administrator) übernimmt die volle Verantwortung dafür, dass die Nutzung dieser Funktion den Serverrichtlinien entspricht.
EN: The Bot can read out chat history from ANY text channel (iChatTTS), potentially including private channels. The user (Server Administrator) assumes full responsibility for ensuring that the use of this feature complies with server policies.

3. VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN DER NUTZER UND MODERATION / USER RESPONSIBILITIES AND MODERATION

3.1. KEINE AUTOMATISCHE FILTERUNG (ISPIN, ITTS) / NO AUTOMATIC FILTERING (ISPIN, ITTS):
DE: iSpin und iTTS verfügen standardmäßig über KEINE automatische Schimpfwortfilterung. Nutzer sind allein verantwortlich für die Einhaltung der Discord Community Guidelines und Serverregeln bei ihren Eingaben.
EN: iSpin and iTTS functions have NO automatic profanity filtering by default. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all content complies with the Discord Community Guidelines and server rules.

3.2. UNTERSAGTES VERHALTEN / PROHIBITED CONDUCT:
DE: Jegliche Nutzung des Bots zur Verbreitung von illegalen oder stark beleidigenden Inhalten ist strengstens untersagt und kann zur Sperrung (Bann) des Nutzers führen.
EN: Any use of the Bot to distribute illegal or severely offensive content is strictly prohibited and may lead to the user being banned.

3.3. SPAM/MISSBRAUCH / SPAM/ABUSE:
DE: Die Nutzung des Bots zur Überlastung oder Störung der Dienste ist verboten.
EN: Using the Bot to overload or disrupt the services is forbidden.

4. DATENNUTZUNG UND ZUGRIFF / DATA USAGE AND ACCESS

4.1. ZUGRIFF DES EIGENTÜMERS AUF ICONFIG:
DE: Der Eigentümer des Bots kann jederzeit und uneingeschränkt auf die iConfig-Einstellungen aller Server zugreifen, um technische Probleme zu beheben, Missbrauch zu verhindern oder die Einhaltung dieser Bedingungen zu überprüfen.
EN: The Bot owner has continuous and unrestricted access to the iConfig settings of all servers to troubleshoot technical issues, prevent abuse, or verify compliance with these terms.

4.2. GESPEICHERTE DATEN:
DE: Der Bot speichert Discord-Nutzer-IDs, Server-IDs und Konfigurationseinstellungen (iConfig-Einstellungen, iMusic-Listen, iSpin-Einträge) zur Bereitstellung der Funktionen dauerhaft.
EN: The Bot permanently stores Discord User IDs, Server IDs, and configuration settings (iConfig settings, iMusic lists, iSpin entries) for the provision of its functions.

5. HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS UND VERFÜGBARKEIT / DISCLAIMER AND AVAILABILITY

5.1. HAFTUNGSBESCHRÄNKUNG:
DE: Der Bot wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Die Betreiber haften nicht für direkte oder indirekte Schäden, die sich aus der Nutzung des Bots oder der Unmöglichkeit der Nutzung ergeben.
EN: The Bot is provided „as is.“ The operators are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

5.2. VERFÜGBARKEIT:
DE: Der Bot läuft auf einem Heim-PC. Er ist in der Regel an Wochentagen von 14:00/16:00 bis 23:00 Uhr und an Wochenenden von 13:00 bis 0:00 Uhr verfügbar. Die Betreiber garantieren keine ununterbrochene Verfügbarkeit.
EN: The Bot runs on a home PC. It is generally available on weekdays from 14:00/16:00 to 23:00 and on weekends from 13:00 to 0:00. The operators do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

6. ÄNDERUNGEN DER BEDINGUNGEN / CHANGES TO TERMS

DE: Die Betreiber behalten sich das Recht vor, diese ToS jederzeit zu ändern.
